Permanent hair color cream is strongly alkaline. Any remaining product must be disposed of as hazardous waste. Take the product to the nearest hazardous waste collection point. A completely empty aluminum tube can be placed in metal recycling. Remove the plastic cap and place it in the plastic recycling.
