CUTRIN.FI ONLINE SHOP – SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS online shop products are sold by Cutrin Oy (Business ID 2443709-8). We sell and deliver products to hair and beauty companies in Finland.

These sales and delivery terms apply to transactions between Cutrin Oy (hereinafter the seller) and its customers (hereinafter the buyer), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. Both parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order.

Customer relationship

Placing an order requires an existing customer relationship with Cutrin Oy. Customers can be hair industry companies, organisations and associations that have a valid business ID. In addition to the above, hairdressing students may buy products if they present a certificate of student status. The customer’s basic information is registered in the seller’s customer register. Processing of personal data

The information provided by customers is confidential. The online shop’s customer register is confidential and Cutrin Oy agrees to not disclose the information contained therein to third parties. For more information, please refer to the Privacy policy. [link]

Delivery of products

Delivery methods

We ship orders through Posti’s delivery service to the address indicated by the buyer. We ship orders to Finland and Åland.

Shipping costs

Orders below EUR 80.00 are subject to a small delivery surcharge of EUR 12.90 (+VAT) (normally EUR 120.00, 0% VAT). Orders over EUR 120.00 (0% VAT) are delivered for free. The small delivery surcharge is added automatically to the order in the online shop upon payment. Products delivered electronically, such as e-trainings, do not have a delivery fee.

Delivery time

Our aim is to deliver the order to the buyer within 2–3 business days of receiving the order. The delivery time may differ from the above for smaller towns and long delivery distances. Where necessary, customers can contact our customer service to verify the delivery time.

Payment methods

Payment by invoice is the default payment method of the online shop. Hairdressing students may also pay by debit or credit card.

Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment gateway and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or payment card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. If you have a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.


  • Payment through online banking or mobile payment methods is free for the customer.
  • Paytrail offers the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MobilePay and Oma Säästöpankki.

  • After selecting a payment method from the options available through the online shop, the payment transaction is redirected to the system of the selected payment method. After accepting the payment and returning to the online shop, the payment is immediately recorded as completed by the merchant.
  • Payments can be made with all card issued by Luottokunta. The online shop markets its products and services, ships the products to the buyer and takes care of the transaction-related obligations, including any statutory obligations and those defined by the online shop itself. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj is shown as the payee on the payment card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

Paying with a discount code

Discount codes are for one-time use only, unless otherwise stated, redeemable only in the online shop and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes can only be used by certified hair industry professionals or hairdressing students.


The valid price is the price indicated in the online shop at the time of placing an order. The prices of the website are only valid in the online shop. Cutrin Oy reserves the right to correct any incorrect prices.

The prices of the products are shown in euros and without tax. The small delivery surcharge is added to the total amount of orders below EUR 80.00 (normally EUR 120.00). VAT of 24% is added to all prices.

Confirming your order

The customer will receive an order confirmation of the received order by email. Another email will be sent to the customer when the order has been processed and the products are on their way.

Sales terms

  • The customer placing the order must be a hair industry professional or a hairdressing student.
  • Cutrin Oy reserves the right not to accept the order.
  • We will ship your order as quickly as possible; the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
  • It is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. When we have received your online shop order, we will start processing it immediately to guarantee a fast delivery time. We are unable to cancel or change the order information once the order has been placed.
  • You have the right to cancel your order if the product cannot be shipped within the next 14 business days, unless you have ordered a pre-sale product, for which the delivery time is indicated separately.

Changing your order and filing a complaint

Passing of risk

The risk passes to the buyer when, in accordance with the contract, the goods are handed over to the buyer or to an independent courier for delivery, unless otherwise stipulated under Incoterms. If the goods are not delivered at the right time due to a reason fully or partially attributable to the buyer, the risk passes to the buyer once the seller has done what is required of them under the contract to enable the transfer of the goods.


Unless otherwise agreed, goods sold through the online shop are covered by a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. In any warranty-related matters, you must always contact the seller and present the purchase receipt.

Consequential damages

The seller shall not be liable for any indirect damage caused to the buyer by a delay or incorrect delivery, such as production loss, loss of profit or other consequential financial damage.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order by calling our customer service team at 0800 122 211 on weekdays between 9:00 and 16:00. Outside of these hours you can contact us by sending an email to The order can be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

Exchange and return of products

You can exchange or return a product within 14 days. You can exchange or return a product on the condition that it can be sold and that its packaging is not damaged (i.e. it is as good as new). The return period is starts from the date on which you received your order.

To arrange a return, please contact your own sales representative or our customer service team on weekdays between 9:00 and 16:00 by calling our customer service number at 0800 122 211, or by sending an email to If you paid your order in advance, the money will be returned to the buyer’s account within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Issues with delivery, defective products and complaints

The buyer is obliged to check the condition and correctness of the product upon receipt of the order or as soon as possible thereafter. All complaints about the products must be submitted to the seller immediately after the buyer becomes aware of the defect or mistake. Unless otherwise indicated by the buyer or the recipient of the goods, the delivery will be deemed to have been successfully received within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The seller has the right, in the first instance, to either correct the mistake or to deliver a new product. The buyer does not have the right to demand delivery if there has been a change in the circumstances that materially changes the balance of the contractual obligations originally agreed.

If the buyer considers a product to be defective or incorrect, they must return said product in its original and undamaged packaging in accordance with the instructions given by the seller. The seller shall check the returned product themselves in order to verify a possible defect or ask the manufacturer to check the product for any defects. If you want to return a damaged retail product, please submit the purchase receipt or a copy thereof when you return the product.
