CUTRIN MUOTO quick neutralizer to use with all CUTRIN MUOTO perming lotions. For normal and hard-to-curl hair. Best suited for short and medium-length hair.
Instructions of use
Dilute with water: 75 ml (1 bottle) of neutralizer + 425 ml water = 500 ml. Instruction inside packaging.

Recycling instructions
Neutralizer for permanent wave lotion contains hydrogen peroxide. Any remaining product must be disposed of as hazardous waste. Take the product to the nearest hazardous waste collection point. The bottle and cap are made of plastic. If the package is completely empty, remove the cap from the bottle and place the components in plastic recycling.
