Apply to washed hair. Leave on for 3–10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Jar and lid are made out of plastic and are recyclable if facilities are available. Just separate jar and lid first. For full recyclability one can remove to the thin gasket inside the lid (using e.g. a fork) before placing the pieces in plastic recycling.
